How do I book a session or inquire about a wedding?

How do we receive our images?

No matter what kind of session, all images are delivered digitally. Each gallery is password protected for 1 year and includes a print release.

Do you have a studio?

No I do not, I prefer to shoot sessions outdoors. If it is not the perfect weather, I have indoor options or we can reschedule.

How long does it take to receive our pictures?

For weddings, it can take 8 weeks, 10 if it is during the busy season. All other sessions can take up to 4 weeks to be delivered with sneak peaks before the final delivery.

For weddings, do you have an assistant or second shooter?

I am the only photographer at Lizzy Hoovler Photography and I shoot majority of wedding by myself. If you feel you need a 2nd photographer for your event, I have other professionals I can call upon. There is an additional fee for hiring another photographer. I do not guarantee a 2nd shooter until I confirm with them and the client agrees with their work.

Do you come to the rehearsal?

Typically I do not. If you feel that you would need photographs of that, I offer additional coverage.

What specifically is considered a 'lifestyle' session?

Great question! This is anything, yes ANYTHING, that has to do with your life! My most popular sessions are senior portraits, family photos, engagement, or couple sessions. Those are just the most popular, I can capture anything you deem important in your life!

Do you travel?

Yes! Anything over 30 miles from Titusville is $1.50 per mile.

Where do we go for pictures?

Wherever looks good! If you have any ideas of locations, I am always up for new places! Location is all your choice, they are your photos. If you don't know, I can provide suggestions!

How do we pay you?

There is a required deposit for all sessions and weddings before it is officially booked. The remaining payment can be made prior or the day of. We can also set up a payment plan if needed. I accept cash, check, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, and Apple Pay.

Do we need to meet prior to the wedding?

If at all possible, YES! Meeting clients before the big day helps make everyone feel more comfortable! t gets us a chance to get to know each other and for you to check out some sample albums! At bare minimum, we should have a phone call to discuss the flow of your wedding, a shot list, and specific moments I am to capture. Meetings are held at various locations like a local coffee shop, a park, or at one of our houses.

What happens if it rains or snows?

We always hope it doesn’t rain! But unfortunately this is something nobody can control. If it is raining for weddings, we will make the best of what we have inside our venues, or we will brave the rain and go out for pictures. I try to bring some umbrellas just in case if the weather is looking "iffy". For lifestyle shoots, we can accommodate by rescheduling or finding a location that has covered space!
